Project Overview

HouseBook is a modern property management platform designed to streamline communication between property owners, administrators, and tradies. Built with a focus on usability and access control, the platform allows owners and admins to manage property details, create maintenance jobs, and coordinate work requests through a centralized dashboard.

The system features role-based permissions, giving administrators fine-grained control over what tradies can view and edit within the platform. From updating property information to managing ongoing maintenance tasks, HouseBook was designed to make property operations feel less like paperwork and more like a well-organized workflow.

The project was deployed on Vercel with backend services powered by Supabase, combining fast deployment, real-time database functionality, and scalable infrastructure into a clean full-stack solution.
